• Knowledge on H1 /OPT/CPT/F1/EAD/  and other US Visas Marketing  Bench Consultants
• Developing new contacts with tier 1 vendors / Clients
• Searching Requirements on Job boards and submitting the resumeCreating own Database
• experience in US Recruitment Cycle
• Exp in Contract, Contract to Hire,  and Permanent Staffing 
• Exp in different Tax Terms, W2, C2C, 1099 etc. 
• Proficient in using Job Boards like Dice, Monster, LinkedIn, Twitter, Google, Free Job Sites etc
• Must Create and maintain assignment track sheets as per the company standards
• Track the submissions and make regular follow-ups
• Managing Vendors and creating New Vendors 
• Maintaining Good interpersonal Relation with the Client and the Vendors
• Ensure prompt delivery of the consultants
• Besides working on Bench Guys, Got handsome experience working on the Direct Client Requirements of our Recruiting Team
